Inspection and Paint Branding will be done on Friday August 28
Class will include December- March Boars and Gilts and Bred Gilts

ENTRIES FOR SALE
All animals entering the show and sale shall be ear notched and shall be registered in the National Hereford Hog Record Association BEFORE the date of sale. All pedigrees, All registration certificates, properly transferred will be furnished as soon as all checks have cleared the bank, to the new owners. 2 copies of Health Papers need to brought to the sale.
All substitutions must be called into Becky Hyett by August 15, 2015. Substitutions will not be taken the day of the show. YOU MUST CALL THEM IN PRIOR TO THE SHOW.
Only 3 head can be in one persons name. You can only enter I boar per name, and no more than 6 head from a farm.
All entries MUST be postmarked on or before July 15, 2015. NO EXCEPTIONS As there is a printing dead line to be met. Entry fee of $10.00 must accompany entries.
